• The Precious Dawn Harvest: We source these tea leaves exclusively from the mist-shrouded slopes of Dongting Mountain near Taihu Lake. Specifically, harvesters gather only the most tender “one bud, one leaf” sets in the early spring morning. This timing captures peak aroma and nutrients, making the tea profoundly fresh and good for a revitalizing start to your day.

• The Masterful Hand-Rolling: Our artisans engage in a breathtakingly swift and precise dance. They must “kill the green” (fix the leaves) at the perfect temperature and then immediately, while still hot, hand-roll each small batch into tight, snail-like spirals. This unparalleled handmade process is the soul of Bi Luo Chun; it shapes the leaf, seals in the flavor, and creates the downy white hairs (hao) that are a mark of supreme quality. Ultimately, it is a display of Gongfu (Kungfu) tea craftsmanship in its purest form.
